A cancellation charge will apply if the order is cancelled or returned in any of the following situations:
Cash payments made at the time of delivery (COD orders) can only be refunded to the user’s “My Wallet” balance.
Users can cancel or amend an order from their account under the section “My Orders”. Such cancellations or amendments must be made before the order status changes to “Out-for-delivery”. Once the order status is “Out-for-delivery”, cancellation or amendment is not possible.
If customers notice any deficiency in a product after delivery, they should inform us by email, customer care, or by raising a complaint under “My Orders”. We accept returns and offer refunds as per the following time limits:

If you wish to return products after the expiry of the above timelines, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
For international orders, we currently do not accept returns or replacements once the order has been shipped, due to customs restrictions and high reverse logistics costs. In case the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing photographs/videos of the product with our support team. Verified claims will be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the case. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import charges paid at the destination country are non-refundable.
The refund amount for an order cannot exceed the amount received by us for that order. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect loss beyond this amount. Once a return/refund is approved and processed, the refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days. Depending on the payment method, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment source or bank account within 5–7 working days.
As mentioned earlier, users can cancel or amend an order from their account before the status changes to “Out-for-delivery”. Once it is out for delivery, cancellation or amendment will not be possible.
